ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,537,145, issued on Jan. 27, was assigned to Japan Capacitor Industrial Co. Ltd. (Tokyo).

"Cathode current collector with an organic conductive layer and electrolytic capacitor including such a cathode current collector" was invented by Hiromi Hiramatsu (Tokyo) and Kentaro Shimojo (Tokyo).
