ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,451,607, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to Japan Aviation Electronics Industry Ltd. (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An antenna assembly comprises an antenna body made of metal plate, a pressing portion and a conductive film. The antenna body is provided with a pressed portion. The pressing portion presses the conductive film against the pressed portion and thereby the conductive film and the pressed portion are electrically connected to each other."
