ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,503,698, issued on Dec. 23, was assigned to Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Titusville, N.J.).
"GalNAc derivatives" was invented by Sergei Gryaznov (San Mateo, Calif.), Jin Hong (Pacifica, Calif.), Rajendra K. Pandey (Foster City, Calif.), Vivek Kumar Rajwanshi (Cupertino, Calif.) and Leonid Beigelman (San Mateo, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Modified oligonucleotides comprising a GalNAc moiety of the present disclosure along with methods of making and use, e.g., against HBV are disclosed."
