US Patent Issued to Janssen Biotech on May 13 for "Prostate neoantigens and their uses" (Pennsylvania, California, New Jersey Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,295,997, issued on May 13, was assigned to Janssen Biotech Inc. (Horsham, Pa.).

"Prostate neoantigens and their uses" was invented by Jason Lee DeHart (San Diego), Vipul Bhargava (Warrington, Pa.) and Manuel Alejandro Sepulveda (West Windsor, N.J.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed herein are self-replicating RNA molecules encoding prostate neoantigens, vaccines, and methods of treating and preventing prostate cancer."

The patent was filed on July 2, 2021, under Application No. 17/366,946.
