ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,240,790, issued on March 4, was assigned to Janssen Biotech Inc. (Horsham, Pa.).
"Radiolabeling of polypeptides" was invented by Vadim Dudkin (Chalfont, Pa.), Shalom Goldberg (Merion Station, Pa.), Joseph Erhardt (Sellersville, Pa.), Rhys Salter (Doylestown, Pa.) and Theresa McDevitt (Warminster, Pa.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Improved methods of radiolabeling antibodies using click chemistry are described. Also described are pharmaceutical compositions and uses related to the radiolabeled antibodies produced by the methods."
