US Patent Issued to J.A. WOOLLAM on June 17 for "System for, and calibration and testing of directed beam ellipsometer systems" (Nebraska Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,332,163, issued on June 17, was assigned to J.A. WOOLLAM Co. INC. (Lincoln, Neb.).

"System for, and calibration and testing of directed beam ellipsometer systems" was invented by Ping He (Lincoln, Neb.), Martin M. Liphardt (Lincoln, Neb.) and Galen L. Pfeiffer (Roca, Neb.).
