ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,372,555, issued on July 29, was assigned to ISABELLENHUTTE HEUSLER GMBH & Co. KG (Dillenburg, Germany).

"Current-sensing resistor" was invented by Andreas Baum (Bad Endbach, Germany), Marcus Escher (Haiger, Germany), Arno Fey (Dillenburg, Germany), Wayne Lippert (Wetzlar, Germany) and Rainer Ostasch (Germering, Germany).
