"Tension regulator for actuation elements, and related remotely actuated instruments, systems, and methods" was invented by William A. Burbank (Sandy Hook, Conn.), Gregory W. Dachs II (San Mateo, Calif.) and Bruce M. Schena (Menlo Park, Calif.).
