ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,412,134, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to International Business Machines Corp. (Armonk, N.Y.).

"Ad-hoc pseudo completion task" was invented by Zachary A. Silverstein (Georgetown, Texas), Logan Bailey (Atlanta), Jeremy R. Fox (Georgetown, Texas) and Fang Lu (Billerica, Mass.).
