"Transmission structure including interwoven electrical conductors" was invented by Nicholas A. Masluk (Putnam Valley, N.Y.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A transmission structure includes a first conductor and a second conductor interwoven with the first conductor. A plurality of portions of the first conductor pass through a corresponding plurality of openings in the second conductor. A plurality of portions of the second conductor pass through a corresponding plurality of openings in the first conductor."
