ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,475,961, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to International Business Machines Corp. (Armonk, N.Y.).

"Fractal analog random access memory" was invented by Paul Michael Solomon (Westchester, N.Y.), Tayfun Gokmen (Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.) and Sam Storino (Pompano Beach, Fla.).
