"Loss augmentation for predictive modeling" was invented by Pavithra Harsha (White Plains, N.Y.), Brian Leo Quanz (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.), Shivaram Subramanian (Frisco, Texas), Wei Sun (Tarrytown, N.Y.) and Max Biggs (Charlottesville, Va.).
