US Patent Issued to International Business Machines on March 25 for "Source code repository debug chaining" (Chinese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,259,811, issued on March 25, was assigned to International Business Machines Corp. (Armonk, N.Y.).

"Source code repository debug chaining" was invented by Peng Hui Jiang (Beijing), Jun Su (Beijing), Sheng Yan Sun (Beijing), Hong Mei Zhang (Beijing) and Meng Wan (Beijing).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "One or more computer processors generate a debug chain from one or more similar resource bound breakpoints, wherein the debug chain provides dynamic code flow. The one or more computer processors distribute the generated debug chain to one or more tenants."

The patent was filed on Sept. 13, 2022, under Application No. 17/931,640.
