ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,341,099, issued on June 24, was assigned to International Business Machines Corp. (Armonk, N.Y.).

"Semiconductor backside transistor integration with backside power delivery network" was invented by Ruilong Xie (Niskayuna, N.Y.), Daniel Charles Edelstein (White Plains, N.Y.), Rajiv Joshi (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.), Ravikumar Ramachandran (Pleasantville, N.Y.) and Eric Miller (Watervliet, N.Y.).
