ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,273,304, issued on April 8, was assigned to International Business Machines Corp. (Armonk, N.Y.).
"Altering automated conversation systems" was invented by Andrew R. Freed (Cary, N.C.) and Lalit Agarwalla (Bangalore, India).
