US Patent Issued to InterDigital VC Holdings on Sept. 9 for "Chroma quantization parameter adjustment in video encoding and decoding" (French Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,413,729, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to InterDigital VC Holdings Inc. (Wilmington, Del.).

"Chroma quantization parameter adjustment in video encoding and decoding" was invented by Fabrice Leleannec (Cesson-Sevigne, France), Franck Galpin (Cesson-Sevigne, France), Tangi Poirier (Cesson-Sevigne, France) and Edouard Francois (Cesson-Sevigne, France).
