ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,438,093, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to Intel Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Microelectronic structures including bridges" was invented by Omkar G. Karhade (Chandler, Ariz.) and Nitin A. Deshpande (Chandler, Ariz.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed herein are microelectronic structures including bridges, as well as related assemblies and methods. In some embodiments, a microelectronic structure may include a substrate and a bridge."

The patent was filed on Dec. 18, 2020, under Application No. 17/126,629.
