"Metrics and security-based accelerator service rescheduling and auto-scaling using a programmable network device" was invented by Mikko Ylinen (Lempaala, Finland), Ismo Puustinen (Helsinki), Reshma Lal (Portland, Ore.) and Soham Jayesh Desai (Rochester, Minn.).
