"Frame-level resynchronization between a display panel and a display source device for full and partial frame updates" was invented by Nausheen Ansari (Folsom, Calif.), Seh Kwa (Saratoga, Calif.), Paul S. Diefenbaugh (Portland, Ore.) and Robert J. Johnston (Chico, Calif.).
