"Per channel thermal management techniques for stacked memory" was invented by Chang Kian Tan (Bayan Lepas, Malaysia), Ru Yin Ng (Bayan Lepas, Malaysia), Saravanan Sethuraman (Bayan Lepas, Malaysia) and Kuljit S. Bains (Olympia, Wash.).
