US Patent Issued to Insmed on May 6 for "Methods for continuous manufacture of liposomal drug products" (New Jersey Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,290,600, issued on May 6, was assigned to Insmed Inc. (Bridgewater, N.J.).

"Methods for continuous manufacture of liposomal drug products" was invented by Robert Worsham (Bridgewater, N.J.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided herein are methods for making liposomal API formulations via continuous in-line diafiltration processes. Also provided herein are liposomal API formulations manufactured by the disclosed methods."
