According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A system for providing remote healthcare includes receiving a video captured on a mobile device. An image quality assessor analyzes the video to provide a video quality score to the PCP in real time while the PCP is still meeting with the patient. The image quality assessor applies an ensemble neural net to identify anatomical features in the captured video."
