ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,297,267, issued on May 13, was assigned to Innovative Cellular Therapeutics Holdings Ltd. (George Town, Cayman Islands).
"Humanized anti-CD19 antibody and use thereof with chimeric antigen receptor" was invented by Zhao Wu (Shanghai), Zhigang Liu (Shanghai), Lei Xiao (Rockville, Md.), Chengfei Pu (Shanghai) and Zhiyuan Cao (Shanghai).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Embodiments herein relate to humanized CD19 antibodies and disease treatment using the antibodies. For example, a subject having a CD19 positive tumor may be administered a therapeutically effective amount of the humanized antibody."
