ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,410,613, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Innovative Building Technologies LLC (Seattle).

"Pre-manufactured load bearing walls for a multi-story building" was invented by Arlan E. Collins (Seattle), Mark L. Woerman (Seattle), Mark D'Amato (Seattle), Eric P. Hinckley (Superior, Colo.), Calder Danz (Seattle), Christopher J. Allen (Aloha, Ore.) and Dale V. Paul (Poulsbo, Wash.).
