ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,313,616, issued on May 27, was assigned to INNOLUX Corp. (Chu-Nan, Taiwan).
"Solution detector" was invented by Fuh-Tsang Wu (Miao-Li County, Taiwan) and Wen-Hsiang Liao (Miao-Li County, Taiwan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A solution detector is provided, which includes: a substrate; a first light detecting element disposed on the substrate and including a first transistor; and a pH value sensing module disposed on the substrate and including a working electrode and a reference electrode."
The patent was filed on Feb. 23, 2021, under Application No. 17/182,738.
