"Ceramic material and ceramic object" was invented by Tien-Heng Huang (Tainan, Taiwan), Yu-Han Wu (Taipei, Taiwan), Kuo-Chuang Chiu (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Chieh-Yu Yang (Changhua County, Taiwan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A ceramic material includes zirconia toughened alumina (ZTA) doped with scandium (Sc) ions.
