ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,495,650, issued on Dec. 9, was assigned to INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH INSTITUTE (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Transparent display, transparent film and transparent device" was invented by Ying-Ting Liou (Zhudong Township, Taiwan), Ruo-Lan Chang (New Taipei, Taiwan), Wei-Chung Chen (Kaohsiung, Taiwan) and Hao Che Kao (Taipei, Taiwan).
