US Patent Issued to Impossible Foods on June 24 for "Purified protein composition" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,336,551, issued on June 24, was assigned to Impossible Foods Inc. (Redwood City, Calif.).

"Purified protein composition" was invented by Carl Allen Henderson Jr. (Brisbane, Calif.), Ratnayake Mudiyanselage Dunilka Nishani Ratnayake (San Mateo, Calif.), Ian Guiles Ronningen (San Francisco) and Laila Dafik (Belmont, Calif.).
