ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,281,085, issued on April 22, was assigned to Immunome Inc. (Bothell, Wash.) and Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. (Princeton, N.J.).

"Bisfluoroalkyl-1,4-benzodiazepinone compounds and methods of use thereof" was invented by Matti Davis (Modiin, Israel), Bruce S. Fischer (East Brunswick, N.J.) and Gaurav Bajaj (Plainsboro, N.J.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention provides compositions comprising bisfluoroalkyl-1,4-benzodiazepinone compounds, including compounds of Formula (I) or prodrugs thereof;in combination with an additional cancer therapeutic agent, and methods of use thereof for treating diseases and disorders such as cancer....
