US Patent Issued to IGT on May 20 for "Multi-player tournament with simultaneous additional point accumulation events" (Nevada Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,307,858, issued on May 20, was assigned to IGT (Las Vegas).

"Multi-player tournament with simultaneous additional point accumulation events" was invented by Amber Hughes (Reno, Nev.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to gaming systems and methods of operating such gaming systems that provide multi-player tournaments with simultaneous plays of main tournament games and additional point accumulation events."
