ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,340,272, issued on June 24, was assigned to IGT Global Solutions Corp. (Providence, R.I.).
"Automated fraudulent altering and photocopying detection utilizing steganographic pattern detection" was invented by Kenneth E. Irwin Jr. (Dawsonville, Ga.), Joseph Brandimore (Lakeland, Fla.) and Brian Ingram (Murphy, N.C.).
