ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,412,417, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to IFM ELECTRONIC GMBH (Essen, Germany) and PMD TECHNOLOGIES AG (Siegen, Germany).
