ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,258,459, issued on March 25, was assigned to ICP CONSTRUCTION INC. (Andover, Mass.).

"HydroFluoro olefin propellant in a polyurethane foam composition" was invented by Andrew P. Shinko (Uniontown, Ohio) and Anthony J. Taylor (Medina, Ohio).
