ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,303,871, issued on May 20, was assigned to HYUNDAI MOTOR COMPANY (Seoul, South Korea) and KIA Corp. (Seoul, South Korea).

"Catalyst for removing saturated hydrocarbon" was invented by Yoon Sang Nam (Gunpo-si, South Korea), Hyokyung Lee (Anyang-si, South Korea) and Seunghyo Noh (Uiwang-si, South Korea).
