ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,372,593, issued on July 29, was assigned to HYUNDAI MOTOR COMPANY (Seoul, South Korea), KIA Corp. (Seoul, South Korea) and KOREA INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (Seoul, South Korea).
