ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,317,940, issued on June 3, was assigned to HYTRO Ltd. (Great Britain).
"Blood flow restriction sportswear garment" was invented by Warren Bradley (Liverpool, Great Britain).
