ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,510,061, issued on Dec. 30, was assigned to Hutchinson Technology Inc. (Hutchinson, Minn.).

"Shape memory alloy (SMA) bimorph actuators and methods for manufacturing the same" was invented by Ryan N. Ruzicka (Waconia, Minn.), Zachary A. Pokornowski (Cokato, Minn.), Mark A. Miller (Hutchinson, Minn.) and Jeremy J. Stroschein (Waconia, Minn.).
