US Patent Issued to Hughes Network Systems on June 3 for "Hybrid satellite internet access" (Maryland, California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,323,226, issued on June 3, was assigned to Hughes Network Systems LLC (Germantown, Md.).

"Hybrid satellite internet access" was invented by Venkat Ganesan (Germantown, Md.), Michael Chin (San Diego), Krishna Samavedam (Germantown, Md.) and Akshay Ravichandran (Gaithersburg, Md.).
