ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,430,250, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to HUAZHONG UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (Wuhan, China) and ZHEJIANG LAB (Hangzhou, China).

"Cache-designing method where cache data and cache-miss information share the same storage space" was invented by Zhiyuan Shao (Wuhan, China), Sitong Lu (Wuhan, China), Xiaofei Liao (Wuhan, China) and Hai Jin (Wuhan, China).
