US Patent Issued to Huawei Technologies'Co., 'Ltd.' on May 13 for "Encoder, decoder and corresponding methods using DCT2 enabled high level flag" (German, Chinese, American Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,301,807, issued on May 13, was assigned to Huawei Technologies'Co.'Ltd.' (Shenzhen, China).

"Encoder, decoder and corresponding methods using DCT2 enabled high level flag" was invented by Han Gao (Shenzhen, China), Jianle Chen (San Diego), Semih Esenlik (Munich), Anand Meher Kotra (Munich) and Biao Wang (Munich).
