"N-bit reflectarray unit cell comprising switches for configuring dipole resonant structures" was invented by Timothy J. Brockett (Malibu, Calif.), Hanseung Lee (Newbury Park, Calif.), Ryan G. Quarfoth (Woodland Hills, Calif.) and Hyok J. Song (Oak Park, Calif.).
