"Augmented, just-in-time, patient-specific implant manufacture" was invented by Lewis Mullen (Englewood, N.J.), Robert Carter (Warwick, N.Y.), Marc Esformes (Fishkill, N.Y.), Chau Ngo (Secaucus, N.J.) and Richard Wood (Howell, N.J.).
