ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,370,212, issued on July 29, was assigned to Hope Medical Enterprises Inc. (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
"Intradialytic use of sodium thiosulfate" was invented by Craig Sherman (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided herein are methods for maintaining physiological levels of thiosulfate in a subject undergoing hemodialysis. Also provided herein are methods of administering pharmaceutically acceptable sodium thiosulfate to a subject undergoing hemodialysis."
The patent was filed on Aug. 29, 2023, under Application No. 18/239,405.
