ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,302,782, issued on May 20, was assigned to Honda Motor Co. Ltd. (Tokyo).
"Work machine" was invented by Takuya Matsumoto (Wako, Japan) and Eri Katagiri (Wako, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A work machine includes a control unit that starts cruise control that continues a travel ON mode of the travel unit even if travel levers, functioning as a travel operator, are in a state corresponding to a travel OFF mode. As a result, work is enabled to be performed at constant travel speed with ease."
