ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,304,582, issued on May 20, was assigned to Honda Motor Co. Ltd. (Tokyo).
"Saddle-ride vehicle" was invented by Ryoji Fujimoto (Tokyo) and Masayuki Hiramaru (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A saddle-ride vehicle includes: a head pipe; a frame extending rearward from the head pipe; a down frame extending downward from the head pipe or a front end portion of the frame; an engine and a radiator supported by the down frame; and an engine hanger that is attached to the down frame and supports the engine, and the engine hanger integrally includes a radiator support portion that supports the radiator."
