ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,331,694, issued on June 17, was assigned to Honda Motor Co. Ltd. (Tokyo).

"Constant-speed travel apparatus" was invented by Akira Kato (Wako, Japan), Hiroshi Yamamoto (Wako, Japan), Kazumi Miyashita (Wako, Japan) and Yoshiyuki Misumi (Wako, Japan).
