ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,493,119, issued on Dec. 9, was assigned to Honda Motor Co. Ltd. (Tokyo) and NIDEC ELESYS Corp. (Kanagawa, Japan).
