ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,257,369, issued on March 25, was assigned to Hollister Inc. (Libertyville, Ill.).
"Catheter assemblies with interfacial pH controller" was invented by David J. Farrell (Ballina, Ireland), Kevin Murnaghan (Ballina, Ireland), Carlos Horkan (Westport, Ireland), Satwinder S. Panesar (Foxford, Ireland) and Paul Healy (Claremorris, Ireland).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Catheter assemblies including an interfacial pH controller for maintaining hydration liquid pH are provided."
