US Patent Issued to HL MANDO on April 22 for "Steering device of vehicle" (South Korean Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,280,819, issued on April 22, was assigned to HL MANDO Corp. (Pyeongtaek, South Korea).

"Steering device of vehicle" was invented by Jeongrae Kim (Seoul, South Korea).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "According to the present embodiments, it is possible to separate the steering wheel from the driver's seat with a simple structure, thereby enhancing structural stability and rigidity, reducing the number of parts for changing the steering wheel structure, and minimizing the volume and mass of the steering device."
