"Concave diffraction grating and optical device" was invented by Takanori Aono (Tokyo), Yoshisada Ebata (Tokyo), Kenta Yaegashi (Tokyo), Shigeru Matsui (Tokyo), Isao Uchida (Tokyo) and Jiro Yamamoto (Tokyo).
